BillFighter is an AI-powered platform that helps consumers analyze bills for errors, generate dispute and validation letters, and send correspondence via USPS certified mail.

We provide tools to assist you in advocating for yourself against billing errors, overcharges, and debt collection practices. Our service includes bill analysis, letter generation, certified mail delivery, and case tracking.

BillFighter is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information, letters, and analysis generated by our service are tools to help you advocate for yourself. They do not constitute legal counsel.

If you need legal advice regarding your specific situation, we recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Nothing in our service creates an attorney-client relationship.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including uploaded bills and personal details used in letter generation.

You agree not to use BillFighter to submit fraudulent claims, fabricate billing disputes, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

BillFighter offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier includes limited bill analyses per month. The Pro tier includes unlimited analyses and certified mail sends.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

Additional certified mail sends beyond the monthly allotment are billed individually at the posted per-send rate.

BillFighter facilitates certified mail delivery through USPS. While we make every effort to ensure successful delivery, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by USPS or the recipient.

Tracking information and return receipts are provided as available from USPS. Delivery confirmation timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

The BillFighter platform, including its AI models, letter templates, analysis algorithms, and user interface, is the intellectual property of BillFighter.

Letters generated for your cases are yours to use. You grant us a limited license to process and store your uploaded documents and case data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

BillFighter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our analysis will identify every billing error or that dispute letters will result in a favorable outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillFighter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BillFighter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data — including case records, letters, and analysis results — will be permanently removed.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
